ICUH 2008 is Climate Friendly
The ICUH 2008 has partnered with Offsetters, Canada's top provider of high quality carbon offsets, to make this a climate friendly event.
A portion of delegates' registration fees will be allocated to Offsetters' renewable energy and energy efficiency projects within Canada and around the world. All of Offsetters' projects place a strong emphasis on providing both social and environmental benefits, as well as climate benefit.

ISUH Members will receive a $200 CDN discount on early bird registration fees and will be provided an ISUH Membership Access Code in order to secure the discounted member rates.
Registration Fee Inclusions:
Full registration fees include the following: access to all sessions; conference materials and proceedings; all conference meals; Welcome Reception; access to the tradeshow and all poster sessions. (Evening Social is not included – tickets must be purchased separately).
One-Day registration fees include the following: access to all sessions for the day purchased; conference materials and proceedings; conference meals for the day purchased (Welcome Reception and Evening Social are not included – tickets must be purchased separately).
**Students will be required to present a valid student ID card at the on-site registration desk and must be currently registered full time at a post-secondary or secondary institution.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Advance Group the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 5:00 PM PT September 29, 2008 will be eligible for a full refund less $100 CDN (plus taxes) of the registration fee paid and a $50 CDN (plus taxes) administration fee. Registration cancellations received after 5:00 PM PT September 29, 2008 are fully non-refundable. An alternate attendee name may be substituted at any time for a $50 CDN (plus taxes) processing fee.
All changes that cannot be made online are subject to a $50 CDN (plus GST) administration fee.
Credit Cards that need to be reprocessed are subject to a $75 CDN (plus GST) administration fee.
